When will I receive my order?
Once shipped, you should receive your order within a standard delivery timeframe, or an express timeframe if you select the express shipping option. You will receive an email with tracking information once the order ships if applicable. If you opted in to our VIP text club, you will receive shipping notifications via SMS. Text and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.
Can I expedite my order?
We are proud to offer an express 2-3 business-day option for an additional charge. Simply select two-three day shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping time does not include processing time prior to carrier delivery.
When will my order ship?
We strive to ship out orders within 3 business days, subject to inventory and supply chain issues. Depending upon the manufacturer and the items you are purchasing, some items may be shipped separately.
What happens if my order is delayed?
We work with our shipping partners to fulfill your orders as soon as possible. Due to shipping delays, stock or supply chain issues or other factors, in some circumstances your shipment may be delayed. If it will take more than thirty days to ship your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an option for a refund or to accept a delayed shipment date. Note that the time to ship does not include the separate time for third-party carriers to deliver orders after they are processed and shipped. We are not responsible for any delays after the product has been delivered to the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within the United States.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
No. Due to our streamlined fulfillment practices, we cannot make any changes to your shipping address once an order has been placed. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
For your convenience, you can cancel your order for any reason up to 2-hours after the order is placed. After that it will be in process and cannot be canceled absent notice by us relating to certain shipping or fulfillment delays.
Shipping Protection
We offer shipping protection for an additional charge of $2.99 per order. If you select this offer at checkout, your order will be replaced or refunded in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit to you.
